These are the simple rules of Ww forum. They're quite reasonable, and are used for your safety, as well as letting the forum run smoothly. When posting, please keep in mind that Ww Forum appeals to a general audience.
Warrior's Wish has a fairly lax view on the rules, save for the most serious offenses. Much of the rules rely on member.s good judgment and peer support, as well as the judgment of the moderator who deals with your problem.
1. No profanity. Your words will be filtered by the censored words but swearing and other inappropriate language and gestures will not be tolerated. This includes getting around the rule by using variations such as "b etch" or "feck" etc. Or starring (**) out words and letters.
2. This forum is for discussing things, not mindless chatting. If you need to tell one person something, PM them, do not post a separate message.
3. No rude talk; let's try and at least pretend we're mature.
4. No profanity, adult-oriented or otherwise explicit material, sexist, racism, abusive comments regarding sexually-orientation etc. Ww is a happy community and will not tolerate harassment.
5. Posts must be more then 5 words (exceptions such as games apply)
a. Cheats such as (1,2,3), (beating the five word rule) or (one, two, three etc.) are not allowed.
6. Siggies must not stretch the page! Please keep them a reasonal vertical size, as well as a reasonable horizontal size. Keep them about 700 pixels long -- and NO MORE then 250 pixels deep!
No warning percent; your signature will be removed and you'll be asked to modify it. Repeat offenders may get 1 warning
7. Check to see if your question is answered on another thread before you ask. There is a handy FAQ thread in the random babble section.
8. Double posting is not needed; there is a perfectly good edit post button in the lower right corner of your posts. If you do need to make a double post for some reason, make sure your need is reasonable. This rule does not apply to exceptions such as games and fanfics.
moderators will use discretion here; if your post was created by a computer error and is identical to the first, then warnings will not be sent out, but the post will be deleted.
9. Please avoid touchy subjects such as religion and politics, and other sensitive subjects that may insult in nasty fights. Much as we love in-depth discussion, unfortunately topics of these nature don't belong here.
10. Respect all the members of the forum. If there is a disagreement, contact a moderator or Blizz, and they will help you sort it out. If you have a problem with a moderator, contact Blizz. And if you have a problem with Blizz, contact her too. I may be a ShadowClanner, but don't bite. =D
11. Listen to the moderators, they were made such for a reason, and they are pretty wise. ^^ Do not engage in arguments with the mods! As said above, if you have a problem with one, take it up with Blizz.
12. SPOILER RULES:
Do not post spoilers for the books that are currently in effect. Exceptions to this rule is only in designated boards if they exist.
13. Members can not exclusively "claim" a character or shipping. You may claim a character, but so can other people. You do NOT have the exclusive rights to worship something from the books, and "Who loves blahblah more" threads are not allowed.
14. Because it's the reason that Ww forum got shut down, we're quite sensitive about COPPA and age. DO NOT mention or talk about your age. It's for your own protection. All accounts found out to be under thirteen years of age without parental permission will have to be shutdown.
15. New regulations on RBv2 impose the following bans on forum behavior:
16. A new rule maintains that whenever you create a new thread (not a post, the five word rule still applies) it must be over 80 words in length. The decription here on rule #16 is about 200 words, not really that demanding. This rule is being instigated because having to create worthwild threads will cut down on silly, pointless topics that clog up the boards and don't have a real purpose. You are still permitted to have a minimum of five words in posts; but thread starters must be a bit longer. This rule will not be super-strict: we won't be counting words, but a good rule of thumb is at least 5 lines of text - give it some details!
WARNING LEVEL
Ww now has a warning meter system in effect. It will currently be beta, as we see how it works, but it will work fairly simply. When a moderator sees you breaking one of the rules, the appropriate warning points will be given. One warning is 1 point. Five points or more will result in a ban from 3 days to 1 week. Too many warnings may result in a life banning.
Have fun! That's what you're here for, right?

15. New regulations on RBv2 impose the following bans on forum behavior:
- Mates and Pairings creating "mates" on the forum is unproductive, non-inclusive and tends to produce unhealthy fan-worships. For this reason, claiming and announcing marriages and mates will no longer be allowed. Families are to be sorted out through PM or chatroom, but will remain allowed on the forum.
- Exclusive Clubs exclusive, member-run clubs with memberlists will no longer be allowed. Similar interest threads are fine, and anyone can post on whatever thread they would like to. Any organizations especially those with memberlists should be briefed by Blizz before they go onto the forum.
